We will begin with a deep dive into your current system environment, to truly understand the extent and the nature of your AUM & Flow challenges. We will propose conducting a Proof of Concept to ensure your needs are met.

You can then compare and contrast your normal month end process (which you will be running in parallel) to Room Zero AUM.

Assuming you are totally satisfied with the results, we will then work with you on a full deployment plan.
